One agreed format
Every file is checked against the exact column headings, order, types and allowed values you approved. Anything else is refused with a line-by-line report.
Tamper evidence
Each file and its parsed figures get a fingerprint. If a resubmitted file restates numbers that were already published, it is held for a second approver.
Dashboards that keep up
Charts, totals and tables rebuild the moment new figures are accepted, whether they came from an upload or a linked file.
Row-level visibility
Give a person or a team exactly the branches, regions or cost centres they are cleared for. Everything else simply is not there.
Closed periods
Lock a month once it is signed off. Later files touching those dates are refused until an administrator reopens it.
